Give Back to the Parks You Love This April

This April, you have a purposeful opportunity to support the places that bring peace, adventure, and connection with nature—our Tennessee State Parks. Through the annual My TN State Parks campaign, you can give directly to trail restoration, Kids in Parks, or the parks you love most.
Vote for the Parks You Love
Throughout this key campaign, you can give to the places nearest and dearest to your heart by casting a vote for your favorite park. Each $1 you give counts as one vote. Parks with the most votes will be recognized at the end of April. Now is your opportunity to help support your favorite Tennessee State Park by funding conservation efforts, new park projects, and visitor programs. Every donation directly benefits the park and ensures its future for generations. Find and vote for your favorite park here.
Your Donation Supports Trails Across Tennessee
Tennessee State Parks protect over 1,400 miles of scenic trails, ranging from accessible friendly loops to rugged backcountry adventures. Hiking is a top reason people visit Tennessee State Parks. Trails draw thousands to explore forests, waterfalls, and scenic overlooks. Therefore, trail upkeep is constant. Erosion, flooding, and fallen trees threaten access and safety every year.
Join the Trail Pack
Your donation funds trail maintenance, erosion repair, new signs, and expanded paths for all to enjoy. Join the Trail Pack and become a yearly supporter of Tennessee’s trails. Your gift helps keep them safe and open. Love a little swag? Donate $35 or more and receive an official Trail Pack sticker as a thank-you!
Help Kids Discover Nature
Imagine being a kid who’s never hiked a trail, splashed in a creek, or looked up at a wide-open sky. Your vote for Kids in Parks supports a growing program connecting children and families with nature in fun, meaningful ways. Your gift helps more kids explore the outdoors, discover new wonders, and build lasting memories in nature.
You also help fund school field trips, summer camps, outdoor classrooms, and interpretive rangers who bring learning to life. With your help, more kids will gain access to outdoor learning experiences and discover the joys of Tennessee’s natural spaces. Donate to Kids in Parks here.
Ready to Show the Love and Cast Your Vote?
Tennessee State Parks are free to enter—but not free to maintain. This April, let’s give back to nature. Support the places that inspire, heal, and bring us together. Your vote helps improve our parks, protect trails, and provide outdoor programs. Can’t decide how to vote? Give one gift to support them all.
Every dollar equals one vote. Tennessee’s 59 state parks are grouped into five regions, each aiming to raise the most support. The top-earning park in each division will celebrate with a pizza party for staff and friends group members. You can also help by sharing your love for the outdoors on socials. Post photos and stories using #MyTNStatePark to inspire others to give.
